Terms and Conditions

All companies that provide subscriptions to dana@yaykitty.com are subject to the following terms:

All annual subscriptions must notify dana@yaykitty.com one month prior to renewal. If a subscription service does not notify prior to renewal, the subscription company’s Terms and Conditions pertaining to returns and cancellations are void.

If the subscription renews without prior notice and a refund is denied, the subscription provider will owe dana@yaykitty.com twice the amount of the refund due immediately.

Human Rights

The following items are basic human rights:

• Humans have individual rights that trump corporate and company rights.
• Humans have the right to not be swindled, tricked, duped, or coerced by companies.
• Humans have the right to spend the money they earn at their discretion and a company does not have the right to take it without warning. 
• Humans have the right to fresh air and clean water and corporations do not have the right to pollute either.
